I'm a former IT Project Manager who switched careers to pursue my passion in bodywork and movement. With my unique background in IT, I take a holistic approach to massage therapy because I've experienced first hand the impact that sedentary work can have on the body.
I have more than 20 years of experience in dance, yoga, Pilates, and martial arts and I have treated over 100 workers compensation clients and countless other clients who have experienced major surgery and trauma. There's no single treatment that works for everyone so my training in orthopedic assessments and osteopathic techniques sets me apart from other massage therapists and fitness instructors. I'm an anatomy nerd and fueled by curiosity. I'll never stop learning and teaching clients how to understand and care for their physical bodies.

I'm Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (the highest credential for a massage therapist in the United States) and a practicing Master Myoskeletal Alignment (MMT) therapist. I'm also certified in Corrective Exercise through NASM and teach BASI™ Pilates Mat classes. In addition to deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, I offer self-care guidance to alleviate chronic pain with positive results.
